Questions clients ask
Do stewards need an SIA licence?
Stewards who only manage crowds, tickets and visitor help do not always need an SIA licence. Any role that involves guarding or door supervision does, and we always supply SIA-licensed staff for those roles.
Can you supply stewards and security together?
Yes. We often supply a mixed team of stewards and SIA-licensed security officers, under one point of contact.
How many stewards do I need?
Steward numbers come from your event risk assessment and, at sports grounds, your safety certificate. Share your plan and attendance figures and we will propose numbers and positions.
How much do event stewards cost?
